in securing a unit for us in St. Martin. We especially appreciate
your upgrading us to a 1 BR. Hopefully we both learned from our
miscommunications; For me asking exactly when answers are due for
reservations, and you - that follow up is essential. We look forward

Dear Mr. Chase
We just had to write to thank you and your organization for making
the arrangements for our winter vacation. A special thank you goes
to Lisa, who went out of her way to make sure all our arrangements
were complete. We had such an enjoyable getaway, it's impossible
to decide what was best.
We vacationed at the Pelican Resort and Casino at the Marina in
St. Maarten. The only word that adequately describe the staff &
service we received is EXCELLENT!! Our room overlooked the incredible
bay. What a breathtaking sight- especially by moonlight, after enjoying
the resorts pool side activities or visiting the casino. The restaurants
(Cheri's, Cafe Juliana, Chez Martine, Lynette's Grill and of course,
The Pelican Steak House and Italian Restaurant) served food to perfection.
We were able to rent a Jeep for the week and drove around the island
at our leisure. It was truly an enjoyable adventure, seeking out
the shops for unusual gifts as well as the incredible bargains.
And the sightseeing- what sights!! We haven't found a better place
for swimming, snorkeling, or just plain relaxing. We can hardly
wait until next January when we plan to stay for TWO weeks!!! Thank
you again for all your assistance.

I'm writing to compliment you on a fine employee, Rick Nunez. He's
our vacation coordinator and has done an extraordinary job for us.
Over the past three weeks, he has accommodated 3 changes of locations,
due to airfare unavailability. Some days (5 times a week) I called
him twice a day to determine availability, which was almost nil
due to spring break.
Always, always, he was professional, pleasant & helpful, even though
he must have felt like telling me to take a hike.

hire & hopefully how to reward them.

Dear Jeanette,
My husband and I just returned from a wonderful vacation at the
Paradise Villa condos in Aruba. We have Jerry from your staff to
thank for this. Jerry was really helpful as we weren't even sure
which island we wanted to visit. We told Jerry that we wanted a
quieter resort on an island that isn't tropical-sticky. Jerry suggested
Aruba and the Paradise Villas.
We visited Aruba July 1-8, 1995 and had a great time. Jerry was
right; the resort was very nice. At this time of the year, it was
only about 25% full, so it was really quiet.
Jerry was very patient with all of my questions and phone calls.
As soon as we have enough frequent flyers points earned, I'll be
contacting Jerry to help us select another island. Early next year,
I'll be contacting Jerry to help us arrange our vacations for 1996.
In the meantime, Jerry has us booked in Palm Springs in September,
so we're set for the rest of year. Please give our thanks to Jerry

Hi,
My wife, Marilyn Brown and I recently returned home from our exchange
at Morrit's Tortuga Club on Grand Cayman. I thought this information
would be helpful when you are contacted by people requesting information
on the resort.
We were very pleased with the resort overall. The units are a good
size and would hold up to 4 people comfortably. It was very well
equipped and we particularly enjoyed the daily clean up service.
This is the first time share that I've exchanged for, that had daily
clean up service. The resort was clean, well maintained and the
staff friendly. The pool area which was off our deck area was also
well taken care of. Watersport activities were plentiful. Overall,
we rated the resort high.
Thank you for handling this exchange for us. Neither RCI nor II
could (or would ) confirm us for this trip to Grand Cayman even
with 10 months lead time. How did you do it? I look forward to many
future exchanges with Travel To Go.
