at the Polo Club in Las Vegas. What a wonderful place to stay. The
room you booked had a great view of the strip. Polo towers is beautifully
designed, the rooms neat, art work gorgeous, etc. The entire staff
should also be commended for their friendliness, helpfulness and
the care they extend to their patrons. Everyone over extended themselves
to make sure everything was satisfactory.
I also want to tell you, Elissa how enjoyable you were to work with
as we were trying to decide on our trip. You were extremely helpful

course view, no ocean, but ok, quiet. Went on tour, city, jungle,

Our experience in Hawaii was the best, our stay at Imperial was
super. The employee at the Imperial was very kind and helpful. We
could not ask for anything better, nice big rooms.
We rented a car, so we could come and go as we please. Imperial
has parking. We visit lot of places - Polynesian Center - spectacular
much see, Pearl Harbor, Punch Bou North side, shore, bigwave and
rocks and Diamond Head center. We climb to the top. You can see
famous Waikiki beach and the voiconic center.
Easy to find with use a map. So much fun!!!
We also saw 3 dinner shows--Great!
We went on dinner cruise, you can walk from Imperial to downtown.
We loved every minute of our trip. Sure hope to make it back there
one day.

Dear Elissa,
Jan and I just returned from our week's stay at the Mayan Palace
in Mexico. What a wonderful time we had. The weather was perfect
everyday and Jan and I came back with great tans! The hotel was
first class. Our rooms where beautiful. The pool was the biggest
I've ever seen. Every morning we got up early and reserved our palapa
with bed. What a wonderful way to relax around the pool. We enjoyed
all the activities throughout the day, stretching, aerobics, bingo,
bracelet making, water volleyball. The highlight of our trip was
we got to release baby white turtles two times into the ocean!!
You don't get to do that every day. The food was excellent. I have
never had such wonderful food and the presentation was outstanding!
We would love to go back when it is all completed (2005) to see
what it looks like and try out the other restaurants on site.
We took the bus into Playa one morning and did some shopping. Then
we went on to Tulum. The ruins were very interesting. We got to
see lots of iguanas. You were right--the beach there was beautiful.
We had a wonderful swimming in the Caribbean!
We treated ourselves to a massage on our last afternoon by the pool.
What a wonderful way to end a great vacation. Thank you so much
for all your help in planning out vacation and I look forward to
planning the next one with you.

Hi! Just a quick note. We had a great time at the Royal Kuhio in
Hawaii. It was our Honeymoon and it was more than we could've imagined.
More than enough room for the week, we didn't want to leave. The
location was perfect. We could walk to everything. It truly was
just like the pictures on the website. Another thing we thought
was great was the fact that whatever plans we made, we didn't have
to worry about the weather. It was beautiful! We snorkeled, Lua'd,
hiked, saw the Arizona and Missouri, hiked Diamond Head and the
Punch Bowl and shopped. We will call you again for our next vacation.

My husband and I have just returned from our wonderful trip to England
and I wanted to let you know that you sent us to a simply fabulous
resort.
We really did not know what to expect and were thrilled to find
that we had chosen the vacation area in England where all the English
people who can afford it like to go. It seems that Devon County
is the prime vacation place.
On our trip, we flew to London, (Heathrow Airport) and took the
train to Paddington Station where we transferred to a train to Exeter.
We had been in London several times before and knew we did not want
to drive there, (as they drive so fast and what to us is on the
wrong side of the road), so had arranged to rent our car in Exeter.
It is a harrowing experience to drive over there as the driver is
not only driving on the opposite side of the road from what he is
used to, but is sitting on the other side of the car. The country
roads are narrow and many of them enclosed by tall hedges, so it
is like driving in a tunnel...very scary!
We made it to our destination, Woodford Bridge, and were thrilled
to see that the main hotel where we checked in was an old beautiful
building with a thick thatched roof...very old English! The hotel
had both a pub and a dining room, and we found out later that the
dining room served scrumptious meals. After signing in, we drove
up to what was to be our home for the next week, an elegant two-story,
two bedroom, fully equipped condominium. Needless to say, we were
astounded!
We found ourselves in a five star resort with evening entertainment,
trips to nearby points of interest available, where everyone was
so friendly we couldn't believe it. We were almost the only Americans
there and were immediately befriended by the English guests staying
there and made to feel most welcome.
We found out as the week went on that many of the people there were
visiting Woodford Bridge for the second, third or fourth time and
that some were time-share holders that saved their points to go
there, as it was their favorite place. Those folks also told us
of other beautiful places that you offer, so our plan is to take
advantage of that knowledge and go somewhere else with Travel To
Go.
This July we would like to go back to Europe and this time take
our daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Lloyd Coker. Ideally, we
would like to stay in Austria or Switzerland, but somewhere in Central
Europe is the main point so we can easily get to the surrounding
countries. Looking at your map, it appears that you have resorts
in Austria, Italy and France. Are any of those resorts in the central
part of Europe? Please check for us and let me know what is available.
I want you to know that we could not have been any more pleased
that we were with our England trip. We are both in our seventies
and semi-retired. We cruise frequently and have traveled throughout
Europe several times including the Scandinavian countries and Russia.
We plan to be using our Travel To Go arrangements this year and
next, as we still have two weeks coming.
Thank you for all your assistance in arranging one of the best trips
we have taken. Do let us know as soon as possible what you can find
for us in Central Europe.

accommodations at the Valley Isle in Maui were perfect. We had a
condo over looking the beach, and every morning we sat on the lania
and drank our coffee.
We could hear the waves on the beach as we slept. Everyone was so
very nice and laid back. I was not ready to go home. It was the
first time I had gone anywhere to speak of, and I couldn't have
picked up a better place, or a better company to book it with.
I would like to go to the Cayman Islands next August or September.

we had in Steamboat Springs Colorado! The Villages at Steamboat

I want to take a minute to thank you and everyone at Travel To Go
for booking my family vacation at the Cypress Pointe Grand Villas
in Orlando, Florida. I cannot get over how beautiful the resort
was and how nice everyone who worked there was. They were very courteous
and helpful from check in to assisting with ticket purchases to
all of the theme parks and even general information. It was also
nice to have everything near by. Everything was literally a hop
skip and a jump from the resort. I tell everyone about our stay
and when they see our vacation photos their jaws drop because the
resort is so beautiful. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for my husband
and I and our two children. It was great that they had their own
room and bathroom separate from ours. It gave us the same privacy
we have at home. I will definitely be revisiting Cypress Pointe
in the future and I will never stay in a hotel again!! I will also
become a lifetime member hopefully real soon to take advantage of
all the great deals Travel To Go offers. I'm already planning my
vacation for next year to the Grand Cayman Islands. I can't wait!!!

Just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how much we enjoyed
our trip to Cancun last week. We just got home Sunday night. The
Park Royal Piramides was very nice. Our room was huge and very clean,
as was the whole resort. They were always cleaning. We never opened
a door the entire week, always greeted with a friendly Ola everywhere
we went. The food was good and a wide variety. The drinks were great
as well. Both pools were nice and the beach area was beautiful.
A little too much sea weed the last few days, couldn't get in past
your knees without having it wrap all the way around you. We snorkeled
at Xel-Ha and went to Tulum as well. It was unbelievably hot and
humid away from the beach, but perfect on the beach and by the pool.
One interesting thing was how bold everyone is about asking for
a tip. Outside of the resort, everyone has their hand out, from
the bus drivers and tour guides, in restaurants, in stores, everywhere
you go. The most unbelievable one was at the airport. When we got
to immigration in Cancun, I had my certified birth certificate with
me. They checked it in Louisville and again in Houston, no one said
anything about the fact that my married name was different than
the name on the birth certificate. When we got to Cancun, we had
this jerk from immigration with very poor English skills, who said
this was a huge problem and I was not supposed to be in the country
because the name was not right. However, this huge infraction of
the law could be overlooked for a "TIP". I couldn't believe it,
a government official asking for a tip so blatantly. To avoid the
hassle of being in the airport for any longer than we had to, of
course my husband tipped the guy $15.00. It is not the money as
much as the principle of the whole thing that upset me. Boy, things
are sure different in America, where an immigration officer could
be fired for accepting a tip from anyone, and this guy just boldly
asked for it or I was not going to be allowed in. Oh well, live
and learn. Next time I will have a passport and they will have to
come up with something else to get a tip for.
Thanks again for everything, we really had a nice 20th wedding anniversary.
Next year we are going to Disney and take the kids, a little guilt
about leaving them at home this year has set in. We will be interested
in the condos on Lake Buena Vista, Cypress Pointe, in October. How
far ahead do those need to be booked to guarantee a condo for that
time of year? Will need the 2 BR. Just let me know when you get
a chance.

We are writing to thank you for finding us the resort for our family
vacation to Orlando, Florida July 26th - August 2nd.
We stayed at the Cypress Pointe Resorts. It was very nice to have
a small kitchen and large bathroom. Everyone was very friendly and
helpful. We had four swimming pools to chose from and all were very
nice. It was a peaceful stay.
We took the children to Disney World, Universal Studios, Daytona
Beach and the Dixieland Stampede dinner theater. We had a wonderful
time. The resort helped us with tickets and reservations which made
things easier and cheaper on us.

Sorry it took me so long to reply to you but I've been extremely
busy at work etc. We had a wonderful trip to Marco Island. Everything
about it was great! Our accommodations were awesome. We had a fantastic
view and location. We really enjoyed having the Tiki bar right close
by. The pictures on the web-site a bit misleading because they show
little thatch umbrellas on the beach and there is no beach at Anglers
Cove but we made out ok anyway. I'm really sorry for my stupidity
and the mixup on our departure date. Thanks to you and Anglers Cove
we didn't have a problem. Everything worked out and all was well.
Marco Island would be a place I would recommend to others to go
to. We even went on some little day excursions and enjoyed every
minute (eg. Shelling, Key West boat trip and the Everglades). Thanks
again for everything and I'm sure I'll be calling you soon to see
about accommodations for my next trip.

I recently returned from a fantastic spring vacation in Malaga,
Spain, that you arranged for us. The Villacana condo in Marbella
is so beautiful--right on the beach. The people we met went out

just clicked for us and certainly exceeded our expectations. Three
of my co-workers and I took this trip, and when we all got together

I got your card in the mail. Just a little note to let you know
how our trip was. I loved the resort we stayed at in Puerta Vallarta,
called the Mayan Palace. If I ever go back, it will be to this beautiful
place! I could not have asked for anything to be different. The
personel and waiters were so kind, the entertainment was really
good, and we had alot of fun. My only advice to others would be:
Pretan. My skin was not prepared and I did get a sunburn. The sun
was wonderful and so was the ocean, but the pool was the most awesome
I have ever seen. I am so glad you recommended this resort for our
20th wedding anniversary trip. Thankyou for all the assistance.

Just wanted you to know the accommodations for our Hawaii trip were
very successful, especially on Maui and Hawaii
On Oahu, the roll-out beds were terrible, we had to put pillows
under the mattress to sleep.
But the location was excellent. The rented cars from Dollar were
also very good. The person who met us on Hawaii almost forgot to
give us our Lei's . I f we hadn't asked we would not have gotten
them. The Transportation to and from the Hotel was very good also.

First thank you for the welcome home card. It was a nice surprise.
We had a wonderful family vacation.
I hate to say something negative but we were very disappointed in
our accommodation at Sands of Kahana. We realize everyone can't
have ocean view but we did expect a quiet room with at least a garden
or mountain view. We did not expect a parking lot view over service
entrance (Room 112). The bad part was there was no A/C so we had
to keep windows open to get air. The noise was awful - traffic noise
( we were next to highway), parking lot noise and delivery noise.
On the positive side, the room itself was nice. Its just noise and
location. We want to return to Maui next year around the same time.
We would only consider this property guaranteed a quieter room.
We do appreciate your efforts in putting together our family vacation.

Sorry that it took so long to get this back to you, but I was up
to my ears in paint (the pantry)
I want to thank you for the extremely prompt response. You sent
us to this resort last November and it lived up to everything that
you said. It was one of best and clearly the largest of all the
condo's we have ever stayed at. As always, you did a great job for
us.
Looking forward to our March 2003 trip to the Valley Isle Maui which
you set up for us and to this one as well.
I want to make it very clear, that your consistent quality service
has made us very pleased members of the Tradewinds Travel Club.

Being a very cautious person I believe in the saying, "If it sounds
to good to be true, it probably is." TRAVEL TO GO proved me wrong.
I signed up for a promotional offer that "sounded to good to be
true". I was very wary but wanted it to be all that is offered.
We planned a trip to Cancun, Mexico through TRAVEL TO GO.
Going out of the country made me anxious enough but not knowing
that much about TRAVEL TO GO or knowing anything about the place
we were staying made me very nervous. I talked to the representatives
and they were very good about trying to calm my fears assuring me
I would have a great experience without any problems.
It was a wonderful experience. We stayed at the Park Royal, it was
just beautiful, the whole place was immaculate, the grounds keep
perfect, it was right on the beach. The resort offered so much,
the staff just could not do enough for you, everything was just
perfect. We could not have picked a better place to stay.
TRAVEL TO GO kept their end of the deal. We had an amazing resort
to stay at for a truly great price and we did not have any problems.
TRAVEL TO GO helped us have a fantastic vacation that made wonderful
memories that will last a life time.

We had such a great time in New Orleans (1/17 - 1/24)! The Hotel
de la Monnaire was inviting, the room was cozy, and the personnel
were sooooo helpful. They took care of all our tours and made excellent
suggestions. I wanted to take a moment to thank you and the other
stuff at Travel To Go for all their help.
We ( my mother, my good friend, and I) had the BEST time.
Can't wait to start on my next trip.....

My daughter and I just came back from Cancun. We stayed at the Avalon
Grand and it was absolutely wonderful. Your help and knowledge is
much appreciated. The accommodations were simply grand - we felt
like movie stars!! This is to thank you personally for making our
Christmas wish come true.

Dear Moy,
Great Vacation, not a hitch. Highlight - a cat ride with Trent up
the Na Pali Coast. We saw this stretch of beach, all sorts of whales,
dolphins, sea turtles. Fantastic Ride. Pono Kai was superb. This
is the unspoiled island. Would highly recommend it.

the resort was beautiful and really enjoyed being right on the ocean.
