Dear Ms. Keely

While consumers/clients will often take time out to complain about products and services that do not meet their expectations, or fail to come through with what was promised, I am happy to write to you from the other point of view. We recently completed our first Travel To Go vacation, a ten day cruise that was put together for us by Betsy Whitman. We joined the organization last year, but decided on a winter cruise late in the game (at least for Christmas time traveling.) However, after countless telephone calls and messages exchanged with Betsey, and after her continuous follow ups with Royal Caribbean, the trip was more than we hoped for and expected. Everything was so perfect, that we have already booked next year, with Betsy again coming through as to room & deck assignments, meal sitting and anticipated airline travel.

I hope that this letter is placed in her file and that her value is appreciated. Of course the only draw back to writing is that she may be promoted and no longer handle our account, but I had to let you know how happy we were. We have a non-cruise trip planned next month, and I am sure that it too will be up to the standards set so far.

Again, thank you all for a fabulous trip. (And if the upgrade we received was from Travel To Go, great job!!)

The condo was quiet and nicely situated.

We ate crab cake, all you can eat hard crab, soft shell crab, oysters and lobster. Every thing was wonderful. Dick and I also fished but we didn’t catch anything. Dick’s brother got the motor of the boat but it wouldn’t give up. Anyway had a great time. I saw the small ponies and doves in assateague Island. We walked the coast and saw people fishing for crab with a net. A baby crab attached to me. I was wearing sandals mistake! Had a great time.

Marco Island is beautiful, the condos very pleasant & clean. We are enjoying our off-season stay in an area left untouched by Katrina. We have also watched with horror as it has devastated the Gulf Coast. Next time, I think we will avoid traveling during hurricane season.

Hola. Buenas Dias. Beautiful "Palace". Lots to do. Educational vacation. Had fun at Camp Cancun! Swam, relaxed at gorgeous poolside and on the beach, made crafts, did water aerobics, enjoyed Happy Hours, Mexicana Night Party, Did local tours to Tulum ruins, snorkled at lagoon and ocean, shopped and walked all over Cancun, Found Wal-Mart!

Brushed up on our espanol, and bargaining skills. Beautiful place and nice people. Attended Mass at Holy Family open church, in Spanish. Had a nice guy lead us over there, Finally figured out how to get around town, since Mayan Palace is far from Cancun and a ways from Playa de Carmen. Don't recommend driving it yourself. They drive like crazy!!! Like Speedy Gonzales!

But glad to be home.

I just want to thank you for all of your help as we planned our honeymoon to Hawaii this summer! We stayed at the Imperial of Waikiki last week and were very pleased with our accommodations.

I must admit, I was highly skeptical of purchasing our honeymoon via the internet AND not being able to "double or triple our confirmation at the hotel" until 48 hours before we were scheduled to arrive. Nevertheless, Travel To Go provided us with a memorable honeymoon experience.

For over 30 years I have looked for travel agencies for accommodations and other travel arrangements, Travel To Go came through for us where others had failed, we had special and specific accommodation needs for our daughter, it was not easy but they would not accept defeat and persevered until our special accommodation needs were met. I have never before encountered a company like Travel To Go that is willing to go the distance to successfully help their clients find proper accommodations. I recommend Travel To Go to everyone I know without hesitation! Their Motto is simple. "Don't use anyone else, we will find your accommodation!" This is a terrific organization. Dangan Cottage was about 3 miles outside a small farm community with good pubs and food. We were surrounded by cows and fields. A historic castle was a 20 minute walk away. We drove to town and used the cottage as a base to drive 90 minutes to Galway and the west coast.

Hi Stacey,

Our trip to Maui was extremely memorable. My husband, Melton and I enjoyed every minute of it! We checked into room B103 at the Maui Schooner. The room was very nice and well kept. Our lanai offered a beautiful view of the pool area with a picture perfect view of the ocean in the background.

Our agenda was very busy as you can see by the following activities. We drove to Lahaina town and the spectacular views of the ocean were breathtaking. As we ate our lunch at a roadside park, we spotted a whale swimming in the ocean. (Not a normal sight for us) On our third day, we boarded a boat and looked for whales. We did not see any whales but the trip was very nice. We ended our day with a sun set cruise.

We survived the road to Hana! The road to Hana consists of 27 miles of curvy, narrow, one lane bridges. (617 curves with 58 one lane bridges) The road takes 2 hours to complete normally but it took us 8 hours due to spectacular scenic stops along the way. We saw some of the most beautiful waterfalls and beaches. The views of the Pacific Ocean were so picturesque.

We walked the island of Lanai. What a beautiful place to be. For the first time in my life, I went snorkeling. What an awesome adventure that was. The next morning, we began our journey to Mt. Haleakala which is a dormant volcano. Haleakala rises 10,023 ft from sea level and the view of the sun rising from that altitude was beyond words. This is a must do for anyone visiting Maui!

We took long walks along the beach and each night we saw some of the most beautiful sun sets imaginable. We truly loved the island of Maui and enjoyed our time there immensely. Thank you so very much for all of your help in making our vacation one we will always cherish and never forget.

Dear Travel To Go,

So far, we’ve taken two vacations through your company, and I just wanted to say that we’ve enjoyed them immensely. Our first trip, to the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean, was fantastic. We were in a small, comfy resort that offered excellent food (on an economical meal plan) and free shuttle service, and allowed us to hang out, relax, and make friends with our fellow vacationers. We’d love to go back to the Dominican Republic! It’s an exotic locale that few people know about, meaning it has minimal tourism. We loved that!

Our second trip, to the Grand Mayan in Nuevo Vallarta, was equally as memorable. The room was luxurious, the pool area humongous. We tried walking around the resort one day – it was too big!!! Puerta Vallarta truly pampers the tourist when it comes to providing endless alcohol and fun things to do. There are a million activities to choose from, though I’d recommend everyone try the “swim with the dolphin” adventure. It’s within walking distance of the Grand Mayan, and is totally exhilarating. One downside to Puerto Vallarta is the taxi fees, which from the resort to downtown cost about USD 16.00 each way. Make sure you tell those staying at the Grand Mayan to bring “taxi” money, because they will need it! There’s also cutthroat competition in Puerta Vallarta for timeshares (they’ll even approach you at the airport!). We went to two timeshare presentations, and declined each one because we realized traveling with Travel To Go was the better deal. Plus, all the timeshare reps couldn’t believe the low, low prices we were paying for our vacation resorts, compliments of you guys.

Anyway, we’d like to thank your courteous staff who helped us out immensely in choosing our vacation destinations (specifically Robert and Mark) and to the representatives at Sky Travel (Andrew, Cheyenne) who also helped us book our flights. We look forward to more vacations with you!!!

We had a fantastic time at the Grand Mayan Palace in Can-Cun, the resort is truly a 5-STAR PLUS facility. It is huge and very, very beautifully landscaped. The cultural atmosphere and ambience summons the deepest romantic feelings. the services are excellent, and, the Concierge is to be commended for the support and assistance given. The restaurants, food and entertainment are second to none. We enjoy this vacation soo much until we are looking forward to revisiting the Grand Mayan Palace in 2006.

I don't know if you remember me but you suggested my trip to the Grand Mayan last August. I just wanted you to know that you were right on about everything and all the reviews that I read from the whiny travelers were so wrong about this place.

Although there was construction and the beach was not perfect, we spent so much time at the pool and the pool bar that we did not even know. My kids are ready to go back now but I don't know if I can afford the airfare this year. No bonuses. By the way I did purchase a timeshare (bad me) but it was for one of the smaller units that I was told (we will see) I can upgrade when I get there.

In any event what do you know about their property at Puerto Penasco. No airfare involved since I can drive it.

We had a wonderful time at Vegas. Attached is a little momentum. The Jockey Club was a great place to stay. It was away from the Casino at night so we slept really great. Had everything we needed. The fire alarm went off a couple of times on Saturday morning, you should have seen us old fat women leading the pack down the stair well. What a sight! Anyway, we loved it. The only hold back for me was that I had to purchase for a week and only had four days to stay! Didn't have any luck selling the remaining days, so it really cost me more than I wanted but, the next trip will be to Hawaii possibly in 2006 so I should make up for that.

The Harley Davidson Café at LV was great. Boy did I like what climbed on that Harley!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time and I can't wait for my next trip.

We had a GREAT time at the Park Royal -- it was magnificent. There are always concerns with any new location, but it turned out better than we could have expected. The staff are almost running at times to make sure they are taking care of the guests. The resort / hotel facility was spotless -- seems like they are on a 24/7 cleaning schedule. It reminded me of the constant cleaning on a cruise ship. My wife Beth and I, along with Rick and Stephanie (Stevie) Kessler enjoyed ourselves. Before leaving there to come home, we wee already talking about going back. I will highly recommend the location to other friends as they talk about going to Cancun.

Even though it was Spring Break time for college students, this location was not "over run" with them. There were some times that it got a little crazy, but not too bad. Thanks again. As other travel plans come up, I'll be in touch. Stevie had good words to say about your responsiveness and I appreciated you efforts to make sure all of our planning came together.

First I have to say I'm sorry for all the worry!! What a wonderful place, service and people! This was 1st class and spotless. We all had a great time. The location was also the best. This will a place that we would stay again.

When we got there, the Presidential suite was not available. They said we would have to wait until Wednesday. Well then the only thing was a suite facing the mall not the ocean, so we just stayed where we were. Would have been great to have a patio thou. We didnt even have a balcony. The room was great as the girls each had their own beds and bath, and Rick and I shared the other. The beds were short and very hard but where there is sun and fun who cares.With have one more wk left, I can wait to plan something for next yr in another place.

You and Cheyenne are great and wonderfull to work with. I hope I wasnt too much of a problem with all my question. I just have not book a vacation like this.

Thankyou for your help in planning our first trip using your services. We went to Puerto Vallarta in January and stayed at the Grand Mayan Resort. It was absolutely gorgeous!!! Our room was large, beautifully decorated, had a jacuzzi tub, a tub on the deck, a full kitchen, and a very well-decorated bedroom and livingroom area. The maid service was wonderful..fresh towels, and bathrobes each day!!! The pool area was stunning!!! We really enjoyed the lazy river..a wave pool that went all around the large pool area. We have traveled quite a bit, and have never stayed in a more beautiful place. Thank you for all your help. We are very happy we are members of Travel to Go, and plan to use another condo in April. Again, Gloria, thank you for your help and just wanted you to know that your suggestion was perfect for us.

You did it again. I have just returned from a week's stay at the Grand Mayan Rivera Maya in Cancun. It was absolutely beautiful and my 2 bedroom unit was fabulous.

Your company "Travel To Go" and you, Mark are the best things that have happened to me. I travel a great deal and I love the resorts you have to offer. They are certainly top of the line and all that you promise them to be.

The only bad thing about this trip was listening to a "Time Share" and wasting my time with them. I have never been treated more rudely. Because I was not interested in buying their time share, the lady threw a chair across the room and told us to "Get Out". Never again will I ever attend a time share meeting anyplace.

Again Mark I want to say thank you for all your kindness, the time you spend with your customer and of course always your "Welcome Home" card.

You are truly an asset to this company. Hope to be able to work with you for a long time and many more trips.
